Your booking or use from Nur Networks, Muslim Marriage Events connotes / imply that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.

1.0 Definitions
The terms have the following meanings:-
(a) ‘The Customer’ – Any person, partnership, organisation, company or body requesting the product or services from Nur Networks, Muslim Marriage Events.
(b) ‘The Organiser’ – Nur Networks, Muslim Marriage Events.
(c) ‘Associates’ – The staff, appointed agents, partners, venue and service providers of Nur Networks, Muslim Marriage Events.

2.0 Reservation of events
The Customer is entitled to a refund if:
The event or events the Customer booked for is cancelled altogether by the Organiser.

Refunds can not be given for no attendance by the Customer for the booked event or events (i.e ‘no show’). In addition transfers can not be made from one event to another at any given time.
It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the Organiser to change the date, venue, time, or number of places due to unforeseen circumstances.

The Organiser does not issue physical tickets for booked events.

3.0 Liability
The Organiser and Associates cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred should an event be postponed or cancelled.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, including but not limited to, negligence, the Organiser and Associates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages (including, without limitation, damages or loss of property, money, business, lost profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss.
The Organiser and Associates takes no responsibility or liability for the actions of third parties or for loss of turnover, sales, revenue, profits or indirect, consequential special loss.

4.0 Usage
The Customer can not use any products or services provided by the Organiser and Associates for any defamatory, obscene, threatening, offensive or illegal conduct of speech or any infringement or violation of another’s rights, including rights of privacy. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of services and if required reported to appropriate authorities.
The Customer agrees to conform to our Code of Conduct policy (5.0). Failure to do so will result in cancellation services.
The Customer agrees to absolve and indemnify the Organiser and Associates of any liability, including all actions, proceedings, costs demands and claims arising from any breach, and to assume all responsibility for any violations and legal actions which may arise at any time in the future.

5.0 Code of Conduct policy
The Customer agrees to the following code of conduct:

The Customer does not disrupt or improperly interfere with the organisation, structure of event, administrative, consultative, social or other activities of the Organiser or Associates.
The Customer does not behave in a antagonistic, violent, indecent, disorderly, discriminatory or threatening manner.
The Customer does not involve in offensive behaviour or language.
The Customer (i.e participant of the event) can not attend any events by Nur Networks, Muslim Marriage Events for any reason apart from looking for a marriage partner.
The Customer agrees to stick to the format and structure of the event.
The Customer agrees to follow instructions provided by the Organiser and Associates.
The Customer can not provide any false information, including name, email address and other details.
No photography / video / sound recording is allowed.

Any breach of the Code of Conduct policy above by the Customer: the Customer must vacate the event at the direction of the Organiser. No refunds shall be provided.

6.0 Privacy policy
The Organiser shall use information provided by the Customer in relation to this agreement in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

7.0 Literature Disclaimer
Literature in this website, within the blog section has been provided or published by third party authors. The opinions and views expressed are the opinions of the designated authors and does not necessary reflect the opinions or views of the Organiser.

8.0 Revision of terms and conditions
Nur Networks, Muslim Marriage Events may at any time revise these terms and conditions without notice. It is the responsibility of the Customer to review all this information at the time of booking. These changes will be effective and binding from when they appear on this site.
